Thanks for sharing your experiences. I haven't had major surgery like this before (not sure if gallbladder removal is major?) but I didn't have to do physical therapy. It's good to know that it does help post surgery and to take things slow and be patient.
Now that I'm on the other side of 40 I've noticed if I injury myself I don't recover as fast as I used to and I'm trying my best to stay active and flexible.
