Oddity of the day
Apparently a food processor, in French, is a "Robot Culinaire." (This from the box of my brand-new red! KitchenAid food processor, bought when I accidentally dropped my ancient Cuisinart on the floor and broke it.)
A Robot Culinaire sounds like it would do something much cooler than just slice, dice, and cut butter into flour for pie crust, doesn't it? Like it would make the full meal, serve it to you, clean up the kitchen afterwards, and maybe wear a little apron.

Except I am patiently waiting for the black one to come back into stock before I buy a new Cuisinart (mine is ancient and is starting to do really alarming things when we use it). Does this mean I will have an evil Robot Culinaire, the Darth Vader or Dalek of Robot Culinaires?
Oh, well. You got the RED one, so clearly your Robot Culinaire is going to be a sex beast.
Hmmm. And the white one would probably only let you make food that was really good for you.
