I meant to read this when it was first posted and recced all over my flist, but then I got busy with work and forgot, and someone just mentioned it again the other day, so I finally did.

And wow. I'm so glad I did. It was brilliantly unsappy (thank God, because sappy!Bender is not something I want to read) and just felt really real. Loved it.
