Four truths and a lie

I can't resist this one.

In college, I took an apartment over the most popular bakery in town, but I broke the lease to move out after six months because it was impossible to keep the roaches out.

This happened to me! Only it was a pizza place, and I had finished college. But YES to the roaches. We did have a cat who would kill them, but instead of eating them, she left their little icky corpses lying around. Ewwwwwww.

I'm trying to think of any Christmas carol that uses the word "ass."

That's exactly what I was thinking.

Hello,

I can't think of anything except maybe 'Good King Wencenslass' (and I'm sure that's not how it is spelt, but I don't have the energy to look it up)- hehe. I'm just being silly.

This is off topic, but I just wondered if the characters in Transfigurations are supposed to be about 23 years old? if so, then going by the fact that Harry popped into JK's head fully formed as an eleven year old boy in 1991, then he'd be 23 now. So if all this ranting of mine is right, then 2003 is Transfigurations year. Please let me know if this is correct...I'm probably wrong, but it's been bugging me.

Yeah, when I wrote it, I was pretty much thinking, "This is happening right now."
