Not men but "men"

Can anyone recommend good books or online resources on "masculinity" from a feminist perspective? -- i.e. ways of looking at the sort of ritualized, semi-humorous homophobia and misogyny that you see in young male culture?

Believe it or not, the spouse needs this for seminary; I told him I'd poll my Hip Bent Feminist Librarian peoples.
