Last night, I composed an e-mail in my dreams, which said:

1. What does the bandicoot eat?
2. Other than food and water, does she need anything?
3. Can she be petted, or will she bite?
4. Why do we have a bandicoot in the first place?

I grabbed this from coreopsis because it's just the thing to do to avoid doing anything useful.

As I read these questions, I see that they're making some pretty specific assumptions about what kind of dwelling place we have. I wonder if anybody on my flist lives someplace that just does not fit these questions? A yurt? A houseboat? Wherever you lay your hat (or hang your head)?
