1. What does the bandicoot eat?
2. Other than food and water, does she need anything?
3. Can she be petted, or will she bite?
4. Why do we have a bandicoot in the first place?

From that lovely article, it sounds as though a female bandicoot would be a lot easier keeper than a male.. often the case with mammals, isn't it?

Kudos to your creative subconscious, now I've got 'bandicoot' in my head, and I actually know what one looks like...
