Me: So late. Trying so hard to make myself get up and go to bed.
Kidlet: Uh-huh.
Me: So today I open my laptop, and what I've typed into my Google search field is: "How is John Legend so handsome?"
Kidlet: That late, huh?

(Also I have started using a thing called Wise AutoShutdown to make my computer turn off before I get to that point... when I do not remember to disable it so I can stay up forever. *g*)

I have a thing called F. Lux that gradually dims and warms the light on my screen ... again, unless I disable it. Except when I have to work late. When I have to work late. Which I usually do.

Oh, yeah, I use F. Lux on my computer (and the roughly analogous setting on my iPhone). But generally it takes the computer just turning off to get me to detach from it and go to sleep. :)
