Fandom's full of librarians, copy editors, and others who revel in the completeness of their information, so I feel sure that I'll get a useful answer when I ask:

Who's got all the best of the HBP analysis/discussion/speculation posts neatly listed in their Memories?

Not exactly what you're asking for, but worth a mention: [livejournal.com profile] hbp_chapters. Discussion/speculation chapter by chapter.

I've got a lot <a href="http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=manticoran&keyword=HPHBP&filter=all"here</a>, although I think I got a bunch of those from musesfool. And <lj site="livejournal.com" user="bethbethbeth"> and <lj site="livejournal.com" user="pandarus"> did a bunch of chapter-by-chapter reactions, if you're interested.

Well, apparently I suck at HTML. At least the links are still in there, so you can c&p them.

[livejournal.com profile] elke_tanzer's HBP section is here (http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=elke_tanzer&keyword=HP6+release+-+may+contain+spoilers&filter=all).

Mine is here (http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=rhiannon_jehane&keyword=HP+-+HBP&filter=all).

I know we have some friends in common so there's probably some overlap.

Hmm. Two recommendations, if you're late to the brou but still want some haha.

I didn't save any of them to memories, but there were links and lots of interesting remarks buried in the comments on my post here (http://www.livejournal.com/users/fabularasa/27100.html). And [livejournal.com profile] amanuensis1 ran hbp_chapters (http://www.livejournal.com/community/hbp_chapters/), as noted above. Now I'm not sure if any of the stuff on there is going to be useful, becaise it's mainly just people's top-of-the-head reactions to what they were reading, but I'm pretty sure Amanuensis kept a later tally of the meta-posts that followed. She also had some fascinating stuff to say herself about JKR and romance here (http://www.livejournal.com/users/amanuensis1/108356.html). I think in general she will be your best resource for meta-oriented posts, having waded through so many of them herself.

The [livejournal.com profile] snarry_reader created a special post withinin its Meta section (which you'll find on the sidebar of the opening page, under the header Meta) that lists quite a few good HBP speculation/analysis posts.

I've got 238 post-HBP entries in my memories here (http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=auster&keyword=Harry+Potter+-+HBP+%28post-release%29&filter=all). Reactions, speculations, meta, etc.

Completely and wildly off-topic but here's feedback on your lovely 'Higher Education' which I finished reading this morning and LOVED. I have no idea who the characters are but it didn't matter one bit; this, unlike many other fics I've read and where I was also fandom-clueless, really did read like an origfic. I felt that I had everything I needed to know about the characters explained to me. Sometimes when I read fic in fandoms I know nothing about I'm left second-guessing and wondering; often, a whole lot of secondary characters are wheeled on without comment and you're expected to jack into that fandom matrix. I loved your fic because it really focused on the essentials. I also really liked the garage atmosphere (I'm assuming all those mechanics are origchars but what do I know??); initially, I was almost shocked and disappointed when Brian appeared on the scene and everything veered towards slash -- I'd got used to the garage atmosphere and to the Bender-background and was hungering for more! I was almost expecting him to get off with some girl! But the sex: hot, woman, hot.

[beaming at you] Thanks! I'm so glad you liked it. Yes, the mechanics are all OCs; I had a good time with Wysocki.
