I spent a week away from home for Thanksgiving, and these are the things I was most annoyed at not having on hand:

5. Real cream for my coffee
4. For that matter, coffee that wasn't decaf
3. The little pillow that goes between my knees so I can sleep without tendinitis pain
2. Nuts to nibble on
1. Possibly cheating, as she is not a 'thing,' but: My cat
