And will, on and off, for the next year and a half (or whatever). When everyone will pause, take a breath, imbibe new canon, and start all over again. LOL.

I'll bet that when some of these things come up, the writers go, "Yes! They noticed!" -- and with others it's more like, "... yes, we meant to do that. That was totally intentional and not an accident at all."
