After I put up The Hang of It, icarusancalion wondered what was going on in Ron's head at the same time. When I thought about it, I realized I had no idea. So I wrote it.

Mmm, lovely, and Ron's voice is just perfect. I love the paragraph of chessmaster!Ron, suddenly seeing all the new complications. And I love how Ron thinks Harry is dragging him across the landing, when in "The Hang of It" Harry thinks it's the other way around.

Mmmmmmm.

I'm so glad! Thanks. It surprised me when Ron went all serious on me, but that was where his voice went in my head, and I couldn't get it to go anywhere else.
