OK, are you right-clicking and choosing Download from the menu? Don't. Just click the link. (At least that's the way it works for me with a Mac/Safari combo.)
The ยง character is mine -- it's how I mark "working music" (i.e. instrumentals and words not in English) so that iTunes will sort it for me.
