I completely love this! Higher Education was brilliant, but I love this glimpse into the future, knowing that they have stayed together.

But, hell, sex is never going to be hygienic. People who don't want to get dirty should stay up and play Parcheesi. Ha! So wonderfully John! You manage to make so much emotion come through, even while John calls Brian a moron. :D

Oh, I love this. I love so much that you've managed to let John and Brian both grow up and they're still, well, John and Brian. Really, I think what I like the most about both this and "Higher Education" is that not only is the sex convincing, the relationship is convincing. We can see what they are to each other, and how they fit together, but we're not being beaten over the head with it. Beautiful work.

Wow! I never imagined there could be a gift of more Higher Education. Like a lot of posters above me, that story is definitely one of my all-time favorites. There are so few stories I've ever read that get the characterizations so immediate and intimate and the voice so note perfect. I reread it at least every couple of weeks -- in fact, a printed version is on my nightstand.

This is gorgeous, too, but no surprise! Thanks so much for the gift to your fans.
