For a while I had mini-cupcakes in the freezer (the result of a birthday overbake, I think) -- yellow cake with honey buttercream frosting -- and I could pack one in my lunch any time I wanted, or heat them up in the microwave for five seconds and eat them ... it's amazing to have a cupcake any time you want one.
