It wasn't too bad until yesterday -- I'm sure the crowds would have been worse regardless, because it was Saturday, but then also the sun came out and the temperature soared (70 degrees!), and everybody in the world showed up.
(And then we came home and it was 16 degrees with snow predicted.)
