I should check my site stats more often -- in medias Res is at 97,755 visitors!

At this rate it should hit 100,000 around the end of November. This is assuming I don't publish another story between now and then, which is, alas, a fairly reasonable assumption.

I really ought to do something to celebrate that, shouldn't I. Any suggestions?

Write smth HP related? Please? As bad-mannered as I am, I went to your site just yesterday and read three short SS/HP ficlet I missed but didn't leave feedback. They are stunning, Tidal went to my 'to rec' folder and hopefully the rec will appear some time soon. You have a tremendous talent of writing a short story that is often more meaningful and moving than a long novel. [Although when you wrote a long novel, it wasn't less moving in the slightest :)] I'm babbling, sorry.

So if you write something, anything, it would be a great celebration for your readers.

Although I am always to be found in the crowd chanting Write Res Write, I think a celebratory thing ought to be something like, oh, including a piece of artwork on your page - surely someone with PhotoShop and a wicked imagination could create something with, oh, a sailing ship, a mountie or two, some American cops and a few wizarding teens? I wish I knew why those "describe your WIP" stories all went into comas! I haven't abandoned any of them, but you couldn't really say I was working on any of them, either, unfortunately.
