Oh, I like that. I guess I'm not the only writer who puts off opening Word (because I'm in the middle of a tricky bit, or the story's not coming as easy as I'd hoped) and then wastes a lot of writing time procrastinating.
I have the same problem, so very muh. It makes me the first reader to say, "Um, why doesn't she just _____?" (the writer answers, "Because then the story would be, 'And everybody went to bed early, the end.")
I completely agree with the second one; I wish I could do the first, but -- a lot of times I just want it to be *easier* for my poor babies (not that I followmy own desire here).
