Mind you, the result may have been skewed by he fact that the story I answered for, the one I'm stuck with, is not HP at all but Kirk/Spock, and what's really getting in the way is McCoy. Never mind; I shall save that link for when I need a plot device to rework for an HP story.

Am working my way through your recs. Trying to paste some of them into Word made my computer crash. They are so loong! It's what I love about HP fandom, but it's also difficult for such a one as I who prints everything out!
