Things I loved: Rodney not freaking out about his gender-switch at all, the sex as happy experimentation, and John Sheppard being really kind of awful at hetero sex and completely relieved by the awesome dirty mansex. You just made a genderswitch fic that completely overturns all my least favourite genderswitch cliches! YOU WIN EVERYTHING.

I'm so glad you liked it! I had a lot of fun with it. I kind of wish I'd been able to do Rodney as a woman long-term, because I'd love to hear what he'd say the first time some guy implied that Rodney owed him sex in exchange for dinner and a movie. (Or because Rodney was wearing a short skirt.)

Honestly, I think your genderswitched Rodney would terrify most guys, because he'd neither play the demure game that "good girls" are supposed to nor act out against those conventions in the ways that women are accustomed to when they want to be blatantly sexy. I think you've hit the nail on the head with his "come on, you know these get you hot!" approach.

I can see that. Just a very straightforward awareness of his better traits. I can see him quickly running through good-looking guys who wanted to play stupid primate games, and eventually ending up with someone kind of geeky and homely, the kind of guy whose approach is all: "You're very pretty. Do you play World of Warcraft?"
