Yes, that! I'm very glad I don't have to live or work with him, but I love writing him.

And screwed-up Sheppard: Yes, guilty. I know there are other ways of interpreting his behavior -- I actually think Flanigan is probably trying to play him as a man with a secret grief that has broken his heart so badly that he can't open up to anybody -- but the neurotic explanation is so much more fun.
