I wish my co-workers knew that I actually have an imagination. (I wish that I were working with people who would care, sigh.)
I wish the people I know in town who aren't co-workers knew that I would like to have a different job. But I suppose I could ... tell them.
I wish I could get the spouse to have some persistence of memory on the subject of any injury or illness I might have. I have tendinitis or something in one inner hip, and I have to remind him any time I'm not actively groaning in pain that, yes, I am still injured.
Generally in my life I wish I knew more people who share my sort of diagonal way of looking at the world, and I wish it was easier for us all to recognize each other.
