Wasn't the Wraith chip under the skin of his upper back? That spot is going to be an obvious problem. Which adds a level of difficulty to getting fucked from behind, which I'm thinking maybe he used to enjoy.
On the other hand, maybe it's the opposite. Maybe he loves to have that spot touched, kissed, bitten. Reclaimed.
