If you've got two people having sex which is in any way ass-related, and you need one of them to make an exclamation, I would really very much prefer if the exclamation were anything other than "Shit!"

That is the one thing that will immediately knock me out of a sex scene. If it didn't gross me out so much, I would write a sex scene where one character says "shit!" at one of those moments, and the other character stops what he is doing so character number 1 can use the bathroom.
