Aww. Thanks.

I've needed to move on for some time now; just would rather have done it a different way, you know?

If anybody wants to send me Knowing What You Want To Do When You Grow Up vibes, I'd appreciate them.

(And I'm available for freelance nonfiction writing assignments.)

oh, res, that so sucks. It's one thing to make a move, it's another to have the move made on you, without choice.

Sending you vibes from whatever putative wisdom I may have acquired through working at everything and anything for the last howevermany years.

And {{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}

best of luck!

Damn. I felt the exact same way when I lost my job - due to "reorganization." I still don't know what I want to do when I grow up. :-)

Just - don't give up. Every time I get to the point of depression lately, someone contacts me for an interview. Now, none of those interviews has panned out into a full-time job, yet, but I'm sure one of them will soon.
